OperatorNest

Security and control

An operator is only useful if you can trust it with real work. Here is how OperatorNest keeps your data contained, your accounts scoped and every action visible.

The controls, in plain terms

An isolated workspace for every operator
Each operator runs in its own cloud workspace with its own browser, files and storage. One operator cannot see another’s work, and nothing runs on your personal devices.
Approvals before consequential actions
Sending, paying, booking, deleting, publishing and accepting all wait for your OK by default. You can tighten these rules per task, and loosen them only deliberately.
Scoped access to your accounts
Connect only what a task needs, and revoke any connection in one step. Your operator checks its permissions before every action, so a revoked connection stops working immediately.
Credentials kept out of conversations
Passwords, tokens and API keys are stored encrypted and used only at the moment an action needs them. They are never written into prompts, receipts or shared logs.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic between you, your operator and the services it uses is encrypted in transit. Memory, files and task history are encrypted at rest.
A receipt for everything
Every task records what was asked, what ran, on which model, what it cost, what you approved and what changed. Receipts can be exported.
Your choice of model provider
You decide which AI providers handle your work, per task. Bring your own keys to keep usage under your own agreement with the provider.
No silent spending
Your operator never switches you to a paid model or service you haven’t chosen, and every cost shows up on the task’s receipt.

Your memory is yours

Read everything your operator knows about you. Correct what's wrong, export all of it, or tell it to forget. Switching models or channels never changes who owns it.

Common questions

Does OperatorNest train AI models on my data?

No. OperatorNest does not use your tasks, files or memory to train AI models. Content is sent to the model provider that runs a given task, under that provider’s terms for API or subscription use.

Who can see what my operator does?

You can, in full, through receipts. Access by OperatorNest staff is limited to operating and supporting the service and is itself logged.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export your operator’s memory and task history at any time. Delete your account and we delete your workspace, memory and connected credentials.

How do I report a security issue?

Email security@operatornest.com. We acknowledge reports promptly and will not pursue good-faith research that follows responsible disclosure.
