Write a calm follow-up email

Create concise follow-up email drafts from context you provide, with missing details left as placeholders.

Example: Priya at Brackenwold Studio: A friendly follow-up after a meeting, with context about reviewing a proposal by Friday, is ready to copy.

Example drafts are ready to review or copy.

Draft only. Check the facts and replace every bracketed placeholder before sending. For commercial email guidance, read the FTC guide, checked 28 September 2026.

An operator can find these open loops and hold drafts for your approval. See follow-up work.

Suggested send time: next business morning, after checking your calendar.

Option 1

Subject: Checking in on the proposal

Hi Priya,

I’m following up on the proposal we discussed Tuesday. You mentioned reviewing it by Friday. Would any additional detail be useful?

Best,
[your name]

Option 2

Subject: Proposal follow-up

Hi Priya,

I wanted to check whether you had a chance to review the proposal. Let me know if you would like me to clarify anything.

Best,
[your name]

How it works

The generator receives the situation, recipient, prior context, tone, and length you select. Missing details should appear as bracketed placeholders.

It returns two or three drafts and one conservative send-time suggestion. Review the text against your notes before sending.

Limits

  • Drafts can leave out legal details that apply to some commercial email. Check the FTC guide and your own requirements before sending.
  • The suggested send time is a prompt to review your context. It is not a delivery schedule, and this tool does not send email.
  • Do not paste passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Common questions

Does this tool send the email?
No. It returns drafts for you to review and copy. Check every name, fact, placeholder, and send time before using a draft.
What if I leave out a detail?
The writing instructions require bracketed placeholders for missing facts. The model can still make a mistake, so review the drafts before sending.
What is the send-time suggestion?
It is a general review prompt based on the situation and details you entered. It does not schedule or send a message.
