These terms cover use of the website at operatornest.com, including its free tools, API and MCP server. They don't cover the OperatorNest product itself. Once you have access, using the product is governed by separate terms provided to you at signup.
Acceptable use
You may browse, read and link to this website freely. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or the systems behind it
- scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without permission
- use the site to distribute malware, spam or anything unlawful
- misrepresent your affiliation with OperatorNest
Intellectual property
The text, design, mark and other content on this website belong to OperatorNest or its licensors, except where noted. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except for the embeds permitted below.
Free tools, API and MCP server
Our tools, public API and MCP server are free and provided as is. Results are estimates, calculations or drafts, not professional, financial or legal advice. AI output can be wrong. Review every result before using it, including its assumptions and source dates.
Fair use and rate limits apply. Do not bypass limits or bot checks. Do not make automated bulk requests outside the documented API and MCP limits. We may limit access, change a tool or remove it.
You are responsible for what you enter and share, including permission to use other people's information. Shared result links are viewable by anyone with the link until they expire. Calculator links that keep inputs in the browser have no automatic expiry. Polls show participant names and availability to anyone with the poll link, including other participants. Saved copies can remain after a link expires or is deleted.
You may use the embeds we provide on other sites if you leave them unchanged and keep their OperatorNest attribution. This permission does not allow you to copy other site content or imply our endorsement of your site.
Third-party links and trademarks
This site links to third-party sites we don't control, and we aren't responsible for their content. Where we name other companies or products, including on comparison pages, we do so only to identify them accurately, not to claim any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Comparisons reflect information that was publicly available as of the date shown on each page and may not reflect later changes.
No warranty
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OperatorNest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OperatorNest is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
