How OperatorNest works

You hand off a task in a message. Your operator plans it, runs it on the right model in its own cloud workspace, stops for your OK before anything consequential, and leaves results and a receipt.

From one message to finished work

  1. Hand it off

Message your operator the way you would a capable assistant. A one-off task, a standing order for every Monday, or a watch on an inbox, a price or a page.

“Every weekday at 7, send me a brief on our three biggest competitors.”

  2. It plans and gets to work

Your operator breaks the task into steps, picks a model for each (or uses the one you chose), and works in its own cloud workspace with a real browser and files.

Research on one model, writing on another. Memory and context carry across both.

  3. It asks before anything consequential

Reading, researching and drafting happen on their own. Sending, paying, booking, deleting and posting wait for your OK, in the channel you asked from.

“Send 3 follow-ups to Acme, Brackenwold Studio and Thornquist Ventures?” Approve, Edit or Hold.

  4. Results are waiting for you

Finished work lands where you asked for it, and everything from overnight is gathered into a short morning brief with anything that needs you at the top.

Docs, sheets, drafts and summaries, with sources.

  5. Everything is on the record

Each task keeps a receipt: what was asked, what ran, on which model, what it cost, what you approved and what changed.

Open any receipt to see exactly why an email went out.

One task, traced

  1. Starts when

A message on WhatsApp at 23:50: “Clear my inbox overnight, draft what needs a reply.”

  2. Uses

Your connected inbox, calendar and past threads, plus your tone from memory.

  3. Asks you before

Sending any of the 14 drafted replies, or archiving threads from clients.

  4. You get

Drafts ready to approve, a short list of what needs you, the rest filed.

  5. On the record

Every email read, drafted and filed, with the model used and the cost.

Any channel in, any model underneath

Pick where you talk to your operator and which model does the work. Change either at any time. Your operator's memory, history and approvals stay exactly where they are.

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Your operator runs in its own cloud workspace. You talk to it from the channels you already use, like WhatsApp, Slack, email or the web.

How long does setup take?

Most people hand off their first task within a few minutes: connect a channel, choose Auto or your own model keys, and describe the task.

What if my operator gets something wrong?

Consequential steps wait for your approval, so mistakes are caught before they leave your workspace. When you correct a draft or a fact, the operator updates its memory for next time.
