Find a time that works for your group

Collect availability from a group and find the slots with the most people free.

Example: planning a team meeting: Set a date range, time window, slot length, and time zone. Share the new link so each person can mark the times they can attend.

Create a poll

Choose the days and hours. Share the link so each person can mark the times they can attend.

Times in the poll use this time zone. People can compare them with their own calendars.

How it works

The poll divides each selected day into slots of the chosen length in the poll time zone.

Each participant marks available slots. The results count how many people selected each slot and show the highest counts first.

Limits

  • Anyone with the poll link can see participant names and availability. Share it only with the group.
  • Poll hours use the organizer’s time zone. Results appear in each viewer’s time zone. Check the final time against your calendar before sending an invite.
  • This poll collects availability. It does not book a meeting or send invitations.

Common questions

How do people join the poll?
Share the poll link. Each person enters a name, marks the times they can attend, and saves their choices.
Can someone change their answer?
Yes. The same browser can reopen the poll and change its saved times. Browser storage holds the edit key for that person.
Who can close or delete a poll?
The browser that created the poll keeps its organizer key. That browser can close the poll to new edits or delete it.
