What could you delegate this week?
You can delegate recurring preparation work to AI: checking records, drafting follow-ups, and assembling briefs. Describe your week to get three to six proposed jobs with schedules, needed inputs, and approval boundaries. Each plan estimates weekly minutes saved after review time and names one job to keep with you.
Name the repeat jobs, how often they happen, and roughly how long they take. Leave out passwords and sensitive details.
Example delegation plan
Estimated minutes saved per week: 26
For each job, subtract your review time from the manual time per run, multiply by runs per week, then count only half and round down. All times and schedules are estimates or suggestions to confirm with you.

How it works
The audit looks for repeat preparation work in your description and proposes a schedule, inputs, output, and approval boundary for each job.
Estimated minutes saved = floor(weekly runs × (manual minutes per run − review minutes per run) ÷ 2). Each run assumes at most 30 manual minutes; the estimate counts only half the net time. Jobs must not count the same work twice.
Suggested schedules use your local time. Confirm the timings, missing inputs, and access before handing off a job. OperatorNest works around the clock, with your OK before consequential actions.

Limits
- The plan proposes work. It does not connect accounts or run tasks.
- Estimates use assumed timings unless you supply them. Measure a week of manual work and review before relying on them.
- Leave out passwords, payment details, and sensitive personal information.
Common questions
- What tasks can I delegate to AI?
- Start with recurring reading and drafting where you can check the result: meeting briefs, invoice status checks, and draft updates. Keep sends, spending, bookings, deletions, and publishing behind your approval.
- How are minutes saved estimated?
- For each run, subtract review minutes from manual minutes. Multiply by weekly runs, count only half, and round down. The remaining half allows for setup, corrections, and overlap; the figures are assumptions to confirm.
- What happens when I choose Get access?
- The top three proposed jobs fill the lead form on this page. You can edit the summary before entering your email and submitting it. Nothing is sent when you attach the plan.
- What does the share link include?
- Only the generated result, including any details repeated in it. Your role, week description, and selected channels are not stored separately in the link. Review the plan before sharing; the link expires after 30 days.
